Peter Madigan has been an Executive and Legislative Branch

Prior to joining Johnson, Madigan, Peck, Boland & Stewart,
Mr. Madigan served in the Bush/Cheney Transition Team as the Chief of Staff
to United States Trade Ambassador Robert B. Zoellick. During the Bush Administration,
Mr. Madigan was the principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Legislative
Affairs for Secretary James A. Baker III and his Deputy Assistant Secretary
of the Treasury for Legislative Affairs. In the Reagan Administration, Mr.
Madigan was a Special Assistant to the Assistant Secretary of Health and
Human Services as well as the Legislative Assistant to the Director of the
Office of Management and Budget, David A. Stockman. Mr. Madigan served in
the Legislative Branch as the Floor Assistant to the House Republican Chief
Deputy Whip.
