
Wanda C. Harrell serves a dual role as Director of
Operations and as Research Associate. In addition to managing office
operations Ms. Harrell provides research and support on client matters
with a focus on healthcare, pharmaceuticals and trade.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Harrell was program assistant at the National Association of Community Health Centers in the Department of Primary Care Associations (PCA) Relations and State-Related Assistance. In this capacity, Ms. Harrell assisted with the coordination of technical assistance and training for PCAs completing the federally-mandated Statewide Strategic Plan (SSP). SSP was a rolling five-year growth and resource plan for each state that focused on doubling the number of health centers and patients served during that period. Ms. Harrell also managed the national SSP database and provided analysis of state and national data. Among other things, Ms. Harrell also handled logistical support for the PCA annual meetings as well as coordinated PCA activities at the annual Policy and Issues Forum and Community Health Institute.
Previously, she assisted the Chairman of RHB Ventures, a sports marketing company that owned and operated the Worldwide Senior Tennis Circuit. She also managed the Washington, DC office and recruited sponsors for Varsity Spirit Corporation.
Ms. Harrell is a graduate of Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
