Megan Farrell
Megan M. Farrell joined Peck, Madigan, Jones & Stewart in July 2006.  She currently serves as a Research Associate, focusing primarily on financial services and capital markets issues.   

From September 2008 through passage of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act in July 2010, Ms. Farrell closely tracked all financial regulatory reform proposals as they moved through Congress. She monitored and reported on all hearings related to the legislation and the financial crisis, all committee and floor votes and the Conference Committee process. As the Research Associate for the Financial Services and Capital Markets practice, Ms. Farrell provides timely updates to clients on relevant hearings, markups and House and Senate floor action. In addition to her work on financial services, Ms. Farrell also has worked with clients on appropriations matters.  

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Farrell worked at Smith Barney, where she helped prepare client investment reports and analyzed potential growth areas.  Ms. Farrell also gained valuable experience at The Boulder County Justice Center, where she served as a community justice services case manager.  

Ms. Farrell received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
