Megan Farrell focuses mostly on strategy and advocacy on behalf of the firm's financial services clients, specifically the implementation of the Dodd–Frank Wall Street Reform and
Consumer Protection Act. Megan is a key member of of the firm's financial services client
teams and during her time at the firm, Megan has developed expertise in banking issues, derivatives, capital markets, housing finance, and corporate governance. Megan also handles trade
issues and most recently worked on legislation to establish Permanent Normal Trade
Relations (PNTR) with Russia.
In addition to her financial services and trade work, Megan also has experience working on issues related to the rental car industry. In this capacity, she helped coordinate strategy, tactics and execution with industry counterparts and stakeholders.
A native of Northern California, Megan earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Most recently, Megan graduated Cum Laude with a Masters in Government from Johns Hopkins University.
