Constance McKinnon serves as Research Associate focusing on technology, cybersecurity, transportation, and budget and appropriations. In addition to providing memos for congressional hearings and tracking relevant legislation, she prepares three Weekly Roundups of the latest news and policy updates for cybersecurity, budget, and technology.
Constance joined Peck Madigan Jones in April 2014. Previously, she worked for Senator Mark Kirk (R-IL), where she attended briefings, tracked legislation and press, completed IQ software training, and fielded constituent comments and concerns. She also worked for the Illinois House Republican Organization as a regional campaign coordinator for the 2010 elections. Ms. McKinnon is a Chicago native and University of Iowa alum with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Spanish.
